Pole Fitness

Pole Fitness is an AMAZING, challenging workout that builds strength, flexibility and muscle definition. It’s also extremely fun, builds confidence and can add a sexy routine to your more intimate moments 😉 Please join me for an exhilarating 6 weeks of Pole Fitness! Included in this instructional series, you will:

-Participate in 1 hour and 15 minute weekly classes (as said times and dates).

-receive both fun group training as well as one-on-one moments with me (the instructor) to help you with you specifically at your level, and/or certain “tricks” or moves you have been working on or want to learn 🙂

-receive instruction and print-outs of short, challenging homework-outs to continue training and building strength and flexibility at home, even with out a pole!

-meet others who will dance with you and support you on your path to health, fitness and self-confidence!

-Learn a routine that you can perform! (Limber Tree Yoga Studios will host dance show-offs) Participation is, of course, optional.
