Upcoming Exotic Pole Dance Series!!

Friday nights beginning Feb 9th-March 2nd 5:30-6:30

This class will focus on the fluidity and artistic/sexy side of pole. We will learn an easy routine (with variations) designed for all levels of fitness! Each class we will learn a new part of the routine which we will all perform together on the last class (just in studio- not publicly,not to worry!). This gives you both a sexy fun new way to work out and also maybe add a new set of skills to your bedroom fun 😉

Pole Dance/Fitness is an AMAZING, challenging workout that builds strength, flexibility and muscle definition. It’s also extremely fun, builds confidence and can add a sexy routine to your more intimate moments 😉 Please join me for an exhilarating class(s) of Pole Dance/Fitness! Included in this instructional series, you will:

-receive both fun group training as well as one-on-one moments with me (the instructor) to help you with you specifically at your level, and/or certain “tricks” or moves you have been working on or want to learn 🙂

-meet others who will dance with you and support you on your path to health, fitness and self-confidence!
